We make it simple for you - if you're not completely satisfied with an item and it is in an unused condition or if its a component it has been unfitted, you can return it to us within 90 days of purchase for a full refund.
General terms & Conditions:
Nutritional Products must be returned within 15 days of purchase.
Intimate items must be returned unused and unopened for hygiene reasons. These include underwear, bibs, shorts, socks and other such items.
Custom orders such as wheel builds can only be returned if they are faulty.
GPS systems such as sports watches or cycle computers can only be returned if unregistered.
Bikes and bulky/heavy items cannot be returned using our returns service. Please contact us at email@example.com and we can arrange to collect these from you. Please note there will be a fee for collection of these items.
If we are collecting an item from you, please make sure the items are boxed and packaged prior to collection.
We cannot process an exchange on returned items. Any returned items will be refunded back to the original payment method.
If your item has developed a fault you will need to contact the OEM/Seller directly. Write in to us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will help you get in touch with them.
Cancellation: An order can be cancelled only till the time the order has not been shipped by Dr. Cycle.
Return/Replacement of certain items like watches, bike computers, bikes, carbon components etc, will be governed by the partner replacement policy and may not be covered under the Dr. Cycle replacement policy.
